Payment Policy

Booking Amount:

For confirmation & finalize the booking,  50% of the total tour package amount per is required to pay immediately to start the official booking procedure and remaining payment will be called by phase wise before the journey starts for smooth & hassle free service.

Cancellation Policy:

 All cancellations must be intimated to our head office on phone followed by a written confirmation via Email compulsory. Telephonic cancellation will not be accepted as ‘cancelation request’. No Refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations. However,

  • If cancellations are made 25 days before the tour departure date, 70% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made 15-25 days before the tour departure date, 55% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made within 15-07 days before the tour departure date, 85% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made within 07 before the tour departure date, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • No refund/ alteration / modification of tour will entertain strictly once the tour started.
  • Flight Ticket & Train Ticket Cancellation as per Airlines/ Railway Authority rules.

For Christmas, New Year, Diwali, State Specific Fair and other important festivals the normal cancelation policy does not apply and payments for against bookings during such busy period are considered as non-refundable. Please check with our travel consultants at the time of booking for such cancelation policy for special event tours. In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

Please Note:

Amount will be refunded through account pay or Electronic Transfer or by the card (Debit/Credit).

Refund of amount will initiate after deducting the applicable cancellation Charges and service charge and both will be settled within 7 to 30 days of the day of cancellation request approved by officials.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: (Travelers)

  • All bookings are strictly subject to confirmation of payments.
  • Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the Cancellation of the trip.
  • The IDs shall all be verified before boarding, No boarding without valid Govt.of India approved ID Proof.
  • We do not have insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft or any other reason. Guest are advised to seek such Insurance in advance
  • The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.
  • No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed by the Client.
  • Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings. The management shall not be accountable for missing items along the tour.
  • The time of Departure is stated & fixed. All travelers must update their status with the Trip coordinator(s), & report at the pickup point 30 mins prior to the scheduled departure.
  • The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the Driver’s discretion to put off the AC as & when required, considering the travelers’ safety & ease of travel along uneven & dangerous routes.
  • Our time of departure is fixed must depart by the stated time & keep their status updated with the trip coordinator(s). Anyone missing the bus shall not be eligible for any refunds. We shall call you twice before the schedule departure.
  • Drinking & Smoking are strictly prohibited along the tour due to health & safety concerns. Our tours involve physically demanding activities such as trekking, camping at high altitudes and we recommend for you to be in the right shape to make most of them.
  • No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the tours. We are a cordial travel community and we aspire to bring to you a hassle free and memorable experience.
  • We do not provide any insurance policy to cover for the expenditure on sickness or accidents or losses incurred due to theft or other reasons.
  • Numerous factors such as weather and road conditions the physical ability of participants etc. may bring alteration in the itinerary. We reserve the right to make necessary changes in the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort and general well-being!
  • Twist and tours reserve the right to discontinue your trip at any point on the grounds of misconduct and no refund shall be made under such circumstance.
  • Management shall not be responsibility of a missing items during trip.
  • Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/Service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of Monuments/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by Govt. of India, the same would be charged as extra.
  • It is understood that any expenses (eg. Hotel, means, transport, telephone calls, repairing of vehicle etc) relating to the unscheduled extensions like natural calamity, break down of vehicle, any other delays which are beyond our control will be bear by the passengers and no refund will be given in any scenario.
  • We reserve the rights for the cancellation of a particular person not following the instructions of our guide during any activity.
  • Maintaining CoVID19 precautionary measures is compulsory as directed by Govt.
Jurisdiction:

In case of any conflict or legal issue it will be matters of Odisha High Court Jurisdiction.

Covid-19 Bookings, Refund and Cancellations:

The Customer agrees that due to recent outbreak of COVID-19 which has been declared as pandemic, there may be instances, where the end service provider (including Travel Agent) either cancels the booking or refuses to provide the services, as agreed with the Customer, by assigning or not assigning any specific reason for such refusal. Refusal of service may be due to the reasons including but not limited to the Customer:

  • Exhibiting any symptoms associated with COVID 19.
  • Refusing to comply with safety advisories, like wearing protective gear, complying with social distancing norms etc.
  • Suffering of any ailment making the Customer vulnerable to the virus
  • Posing a threat to the health and safety of others or
  • Any other condition put forward by the Central Government, State Governments and statutory bodies etc.
